To ensure the safety of spectators and participants, the Williamsport Parking Authority will restrict parking on the following parking lots on the parade route Monday August 14, 2023: Lot L (Corner of Court and W 4th St.), Lot R (W 4th St., next to Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center), Lot E (W 4th St., Liberty Arena). All vehicles parked in these lots will be towed at owner’s expense.
