Downtown Williamsport will host its annual Trick or Treat, Wednesday October 26th at 4:00pm.
The following road closures will be in effect on 10/26/2022 beginning 3:00pm:
West Fourth Street (From Hepburn to Market Streets)
Pine Street (From Edwin to Fourth Streets & Fourth to Transit Drive)
William Street (From Edwin to Fourth & Fourth to Transit Drive)
