If you have been wondering why you haven’t seen Officer 13 lately, we wanted to let everyone know that at the beginning of September our WPA family unexpectedly lost another core part of our crew. Officer 13, Kevin, had a love of running marathons, and celebrating his Irish heritage. He retired from the Air Force and had been an air traffic controller before joining us at WPA. He was with our WPA family for 16 years. He will be greatly missed for his humor, kindness, and wealth of knowledge.
